Is your organization interested in South Korea’s energy market, or are you working with CCUS technologies?
Clean and Energy Cluster Denmark invite you to a webinar focusing on collaboration opportunities between Denmark and South Korea within CCUS and Horizon Europe.

During the webinar, we will present the key findings from our innovation mission to South Korea, which took place in November 2025. The session will provide insights into the market, technological strengths, and concrete opportunities for Danish Korean collaboration.

In addition, Jan Boyesen from the Danish Technological Institute will present a technical report highlighting CCUS technologies and solutions with strong potential fit between Denmark and South Korea.

We will also welcome Innovation Centre Denmark in Seoul, where Kiyeon Kim will share insights on how to establish innovation collaborations with Korean partners, including practical experiences and recommendations.

As part of the program, the National Contact Point for Horizon Europe will explain what South Korea’s association to the Horizon Europe programme means, and how this impacts consortium building and applications for EU funding with Korean partners.

We will also hear from Dr. Boris Brigljevic, Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at the Korean company Carbon Value, who will share insights on CCUS activities and collaboration opportunities.

Finally, we will hear from Korean stakeholders, including KCCUS (K-CCUS) - South Korea’s national CCUS association. KCCUS is a key non-profit organization driving the development and commercialization of Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage technologies to support net-zero ambitions, acting as a “control tower” connecting government, industry, and academia.

Additional Korean partners will also share their perspectives.

The webinar is relevant for companies, research institutions, and other stakeholders interested in:

  • CCUS technologies
  • International innovation collaboration
  • Horizon Europe and EU funding opportunities
  • The South Korean energy and climate technology market

We look forward to welcoming you to an informative webinar filled with knowledge, inspiration, and new collaboration opportunities.
