Future ports - innovating green harbors
Description
Join us as we explore the harbour of the future – a harbour that delivers sustainable green energy to all its customers while effectively balancing supply and demand to ensure a reliable energy flow.
The event will examine the political frameworks and targets for new offshore wind set by the EU, and how these influence daily operations in ports. We will present the latest forecasts for future developments as well as potential solution pathways.
We will also highlight the opportunities offered by large energy communities, increased use of renewable energy, and hybrid solutions – all key components in the transformation of tomorrow’s ports.
Learn how ports can become drivers of sustainable energy production and industrial symbiosis within local communities, and join the dialogue as we share experiences, challenges, and concrete solutions.
