In future, customers at NMF Industries and QuickTube will experience a larger and more streamlined business. The decision to take all the best from two strong platforms and merge them into one and create QuickTube – NMF Industries means in practical terms that the customer groups at the two companies can in future gather an entire production process in a single setup.
“We have made the merger because we want to make a stronger setup than what we have today. The two companies each possess many competencies and together we can deliver package solutions that make it even easier for customers,” says David Ellekær, CEO since March 2020.
In practical terms, the merger means that the staff in QuickTube will be physically put together with NMF Industries and will in future handle tasks in the new joint QuickTube – NMF Industries. However, QuickTube’s machines will remain at the current production location.
High ambitions
However, the merger does not mean that ambitions will be reduced. On the contrary, the companies are experiencing great synergy by creating QuickTube – NMF Industries. Overall, it provides an ever-larger interface, opportunity for growth, possibility to attract new customers and ability to serve current customers even better.
“We thus want to expand our business,” says David Ellekær, who in the future as CEO of the new organisation will focus on construction, general industry, offshore and machine builders.
QuickTube – NMF now has 65 employees at its factories in Odense and approximately 70 employees at the factory in China.
