Langaa bioenergi

The plant was commissioned in 2002 and has been owned by DBC since December 2023. Today, 106,000 tonnes of biomass are fed into the plant annually, primarily sourced from the local area. The biomass is processed in three reactors, resulting in the production of 7.5 million cubic metres of upgraded biomethane, which displaces an equivalent amount of fossil natural gas.
