CNC Onsite reports record growth and expands mobile repair solutions globally

CNC Onsite has announced its strongest financial performance to date, marking a year of significant growth and strong operational results in the financial year from 1 October 2024 to 30 September 2025. Gross profit increased by 74 percent, while both profit before tax and net profit rose by more than 100 percent. This reflects solid demand for mobile, onsite machining solutions as well as the company’s continued investments in technology and talent to ensure reliable and distinctive service.

CNC Onsite completed a record number of projects during the 12-month reporting period, carrying out complex repairs and precision machining for the wind and industrial sectors across Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia. The company’s custom-built machines operated continuously with minimal downtime, ensuring high customer efficiency and contributing significantly to the year’s strong results.

The 2024/25 financial results underline this positive development. Gross profit rose to DKK 58.7 million, an increase of 74 percent compared to the same period last year. Profit before tax increased by 152 percent, while net profit more than doubled to DKK 13 million. The workforce grew by approximately 50 percent to 60 employees, supported by targeted recruitment and high retention.

Key operational activities during the period included the development and rental of large flange milling machines for tower and foundation applications under long-term agreements with Welcon and CS WIND Offshore. CNC Onsite also completed its first blade root repair in collaboration with Dutch wind turbine blade designer WeCe and expanded its capacity for yaw ring repairs to cover a broader range of turbine types. Continued investments in portal milling machines, shaft lathes, and specialized boring machines further strengthened the company’s ability to serve the wind sector as well as refineries, the construction industry, and the maritime sector.

Global demand for tower repairs continues to rise, particularly for aging onshore wind turbines and retrofit projects across both onshore and offshore installations, as operators seek to extend asset lifetimes and reduce operating costs.

The headquarters, established in 2023, is now delivering its full benefits and has significantly enhanced both workshop capacity and technical expertise. This investment has enabled CNC Onsite to reduce lead times and expand its portfolio of complex repair solutions.

Sustainability is an integral part of CNC Onsite’s strategy. The company has achieved recertification under ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and follows a repair-rather-than-replace approach that helps reduce CO₂ emissions and supports a sustainable economy.

CNC Onsite’s growth is built on a clear focus on market segmentation. By identifying customer needs and developing tailored solutions in-house, the company ensures that its services are proactive and closely aligned with industry challenges. This approach has strengthened long-term partnerships and helped position CNC Onsite as a trusted specialist within the wind and industrial sectors.

“This year has been particularly significant for CNC Onsite. With net profit more than doubling and gross profit increasing by 74 percent, we have demonstrated that our business model works and that customers trust us to deliver. In just 13 years, CNC Onsite has grown from a niche provider into a globally operating specialist, delivering projects across Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia,” says Aage Dam, CEO of CNC Onsite.

Outlook

CNC Onsite expects continued growth in 2025/26, supported by ongoing research into advanced repair methods, including blade root components and other areas requiring critical precision. The company is exploring diagnostic capabilities and new repair solutions to meet evolving market needs, enabling customers to benefit from reduced downtime and extended asset lifetimes. These initiatives complement CNC Onsite’s established expertise in mobile machining and reinforce the company’s commitment to innovation and operational excellence within the wind energy sector.
