Why is it important to better understand younger employees in the workplace?
The labour market is currently experiencing a clear generational shift. In itself, this is not a problem – but it can become a challenge if we do not understand and address the needs and expectations of younger employees.
The younger generation has different expectations when it comes to leadership, working life and skills development than many workplaces have traditionally been used to. This can challenge established habits and ways of working. However, when we succeed in understanding younger employees, we strengthen collaboration, innovation and the bottom line.
In this course on generational leadership, we focus on why it makes sense to actively engage with and support younger employees – and how your organisation can best put this into practice.

The course is organised by work-live-stay in collaboration with IBA and is part of the Hyflex project. Participation is free of charge upon submission of a de minimis declaration.
The project is supported by the EU.
