Technology Adoption 2026

Join us in Sønderborg on 29 October 2026 for Technology Adoption 2026 – a one-day, 9.30-16.00, conference exploring how new technologies from software-driven automation to physical AI and humanoid robots can be transformed into competitive advantage. Its free to attend.
Technology Adoption Conference brings together decision-makers from across industry – including manufacturing companies, robotics and technology suppliers, startups, software, researchers, and policy actors – for one day focused on turning new technology into competitive strength.
The day is framed by strong keynotes that map the pace of change, and closes with an international headline keynote designed to challenge how we think about the future of production. The event offers unique opportunities to network with leading experts, startups, researchers, and industry players – all in one place – as we end the day with tapas.

Why is it important to better understand younger employees in the workplace?
The labour market is currently experiencing a clear generational shift. In itself, this is not a problem – but it can become a challenge if we do not understand and address the needs and expectations of younger employees.
The younger generation has different expectations when it comes to leadership, working life and skills development than many workplaces have traditionally been used to. This can challenge established habits and ways of working. However, when we succeed in understanding younger employees, we strengthen collaboration, innovation and the bottom line.
In this course on generational leadership, we focus on why it makes sense to actively engage with and support younger employees – and how your organisation can best put this into practice.

The course is organised by work-live-stay in collaboration with IBA and is part of the Hyflex project. Participation is free of charge upon submission of a de minimis declaration.
The project is supported by the EU.
