Styrvel develops an IoT-based energy management and building control solution designed specifically for retrofitting large commercial buildings that lack BAS/CTS systems. Our system controls room heating at the individual room level, reducing heat consumption by 20–30%.

At the core of the solution are fully battery-powered wireless IoT devices operating in a mesh network, eliminating the need for a cabled infrastructure. The devices collect detailed room-level data, which is processed locally using AI algorithms and made accessible through a cloud platform where users monitor performance and manage the system.
