Thorsminde Havn

Thorsminde Port's location directly on the North Sea, in the middle of Jutland's West Coast, provides good opportunities to utilize the direct route to North Sea activities. The port has the shortest distance to the upcoming Thor offshore wind farm, located 22 km. west of Thorsminde. The coastal offshore wind farms Vesterhav Nord and Vesterhav Syd are also a short distance away.

The port is an active fishing port, where developments in fishing have resulted in a reduction in the fishing fleet to fewer, but larger and more efficient vessels. This has freed up quay and port areas, and the port can therefore offer an entire port section with quay facilities and areas for offshore projects with the possibility of its own fenced area. The areas offer the possibility of establishing O&M, helipad, warehouse, workshops, office facilities, and storage of equipment.

The port can be navigated around the clock, and the water depth in the entry sector and the foreport is 5.0 meters and in the other harbor basins 3.0 meters. There is a telephone on-call service – 24 hours a day.
