The Vald. Birn Group employs >700 people, making it one of Northern Europe's largest foundries. The parent company was founded in 1896, and today the group consists of the following companies in Denmark and abroad; Vald. Birn A/S (Holstebro, Denmark), Uldalls Jernstøberi A/S (Vejen, Denmark), Tasso A/S (Odense, Denmark), Bernareggi S.r.l. (Italy), Kockums Maskin AB (Sweden) and Vald. Birn GmBH (Germany). We are an international group and our core competencies include everything from development, casting and machining to surface treatment and assembly.
