Now’s your chance to apply for funding for feasibility studies and proof of concept projects in the energy cluster.

Companies and knowledge institutions can now apply for funding for feasibility studies and proof of concept projects in Energy Cluster Denmark.

The funding is part of the Danish Board of Business Development’s innovation grant to Energy Cluster Denmark.

“This is a really good opportunity for those of you who want to take the next step with innovation. It could be a continuation of existing feasibility studies or brand-new collaborations. The application process is simple, decisions are made quickly, and we’re happy to help along the way. So don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions or want to know more,” says Glenda Napier, CEO of Energy Cluster Denmark.

Apply now and get started as early as November

Projects must fall within Energy Cluster Denmark’s focus areas: energy production, storage, infrastructure, energy efficiency, sector coupling and CCUS, or digitalization and cybersecurity.

Typical funding ranges from DKK 200,000 to DKK 1 million.

At least two SMEs (small or medium-sized enterprises) must be part of the project. Large companies and knowledge institutions may also participate, but it’s not a requirement.

The deadline for applications is 30 September 2025 at 23:59. Applicants will receive answers in week 44, and funded projects can start from November 2025.
