Challenge

The National Center for Green Energy and Sector Coupling aims to promote the application of research, development, and knowledge, contributing to increased exports of technologies, solutions, and services.

Strong research and knowledge-based innovation are essential for maintaining and expanding Denmark's existing strengths. The project initiates the initial development of the National Center for Green Energy and Sector Coupling.

The activities will be integrated into the already existing research infrastructure at the region's two major universities – AAU and SDU.

Solution

Establishment of the National Center for Green Energy and Sector Coupling and integration into the existing research infrastructure at SDU and AAU.

Impact

New educational programs to offer qualified/specialized labor in the region.
