eRadarSensor

Challenge

The challenge is to optimize logistics and reduce energy consumption around waste collection. Waste collection is thus intended to take place on the basis of knowledge of content volumes at container level. Waste collection is intended to be autonomized over time, this requires data between the waste sensor and a route planning tool in relation to planning optimal routes and collection vessels.

Solution idea

The solution is to have a universally applicable radar sensor solution for dictating different materials and liquids in containers of different types and sizes completed and operationally tested. Data from the radar sensor solution must be used / implemented in an associated route planning function, so that the logistics for the operational fleet are optimized in relation to waste collection.

Project deliverables

The project will provide a fully developed and operationally tested universal usable radar sensor solution for dictating different materials and liquids in containers of different kinds and sizes. Data from the radar sensor solution must be used / implemented in an associated route planning function, so that the logistics for the operational fleet are optimized in relation to waste collection.
