About the project

Challenge
SMEs’ challenges related to skills are highlighted in the Draghi Report, which focuses on the importance of green, digital, and leadership skills, as well as STEM specialists and cross-cutting competencies such as communication, creativity, adaptability to change, etc.

Solution
The objective is to develop a prototype of plug-and-play academies that can be implemented in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), making it easier for SMEs to retain and attract qualified labour for green energy and sector coupling.

Impact
We expect that the project will support the six participating SMEs in developing an academy that, in the long term, can attract and retain the necessary competencies to support the ambition of Southern Jutland as a centre for green energy solutions.
