About the project

Identifying and developing specific opportunities for collaboration and strategic innovation.

With the support of Nordic Innovation, a large international consortium will facilitate cooperation and development of Nordic ports in Denmark, Sweden and Norway and Finland. The goal is to make Nordic ports ready for the expanding offshore wind industry with a stronger green infrastructure and new value chains across developers, manufacturers and subcontractors for offshore wind. In this project, 8 Nordic ports and sites will enter an innovative collaboration with offshore wind players in order to upgrade, redesign and adapt existing facilities and decarbonise the port’s infrastructure.
