Lifetime Extension of Offshore Wind Farms

Description

This half-day event brings together leading experts to explore how digital twin technology, structural health monitoring and risk-based inspection planning can extend the operational life of offshore wind assets, improve LCOE, and reduce CO₂ emissions through lower material consumption.

We will address both technical opportunities and key barriers – from data sharing and rights between owners, operators, and manufacturers, to developing robust standards, expanding existing analysis models, and leveraging open-method software to strengthen cross-industry collaboration.

The programme features expert presentations, a panel discussion, and a collaborative workshop – with plenty of time for networking over coffee, snacks, and lunch.
